These terms apply when you use Kissa Studio to create, save or order photo albums, on our website or app. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. “We” and “Kissa” mean Kissa Studio; “you” means the person using the service.
You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. Keep your login details private — you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least [18] years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place orders.
OUR PHOTO PROMISE
We don’t store your photos by default. While you create, photos are used only to build your album preview. If you leave without saving, they aren’t kept on our servers.
Drafts. If you save an album as a draft, we store its photos securely so you can come back to it. Only you can access a draft, and you can delete it — and its photos — at any time. We’ll email you before removing a draft that hasn’t been opened for [6 months].
Orders. When you order, we keep your photos only for as long as we need to print and deliver your album. Once delivery is confirmed, we remove them from our servers within [14] days. After that we can’t reprint the album unless you upload the photos again.
No one browses your albums. Our team doesn’t look at your photos, except where needed to fix a print problem you report — and only with your permission.
We never sell your photos or use them for advertising.
Your photos, words and albums belong to you. You give us a limited permission to use them only to provide the service — to show previews, save drafts you ask us to save, and print and deliver your orders. That permission ends when the photos are deleted.
Kissa’s story designs, layouts, fonts and branding belong to us. You can use them in your own albums, but not resell or copy them.
Kissa AI can suggest chapters, photo order, layouts, captions and quotes. Suggestions are optional, and you can edit or remove any of them before ordering. AI can make mistakes, so please check names, dates and places before you print.
We do not use your photos or albums to train AI models.
Every album is priced by the options you choose — size, page count, paper, cover and finishing. You’ll always see the full price, including delivery and taxes, before you pay. An order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.
Because each album is made just for you, orders can be changed or cancelled only until printing begins, usually within [24 hours] of ordering.
We’ll give you an estimated delivery date at checkout. If your album arrives damaged or with a print defect, tell us within [30] days and we’ll reprint it free or refund you. We can’t reprint for issues in the uploaded photos themselves, such as low resolution we warned you about, or typos you approved.
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and that everyone shown would be comfortable with. Don’t upload anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse to print an order that breaks these rules.
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We’ll delete your drafts and photos straight away and your account details within [30] days, keeping only what the law requires, such as invoices.
If we make important changes, we’ll email you at least [14] days before they take effect. We will never weaken the photo promise in section 3 for photos you’ve already uploaded.
